Website membership

Open Pricing, sign in and choose Manage website subscription. If you have just paid, choose Refresh membership. A return from checkout alone does not unlock Pro; the payment must be verified.

App membership

Sign in to the same account and choose Restore purchases under Account. Manage cancellations in your Apple or Google subscription settings. Do not buy another subscription if you already have Pro through another platform.

Missing market data

Check the symbol and timestamp. A provider may not cover a particular asset or may be temporarily unavailable. AI reviews cannot reconstruct unavailable historical news.

Deleting an account

Open Trade Journal → Privacy & backup on the website, or Account → Delete account in the app. Export your journal first if you want a copy. Cancel Apple/Google subscriptions separately to stop store renewals.
